GENERAL & CHALLENGE-RELATED

During your free 7 days you’ll get all the following:
• Exclusive access to our progressive training program via #flyxHub, your platform to participate in the #fitflyx challenge;
• 1 week of unique bodyweight workouts ranging from 20 to 45 minutes, so you can workout at home or on the go;

After your 7 day free trial, you’ll need to upgrade to full season membership (a one-time fee of $19.99 USD applies) to continue participating for the remaining 3 weeks and be eligible to win prizes.

It’s a recurring challenge designed for new and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike featuring our simple—but intense—workout program. It’s a month long, and it’s not going to be easy, but we’re there to support you every step of the way. We’ll keep track of your progress, and provide ongoing inspirational content on a daily basis that will help you achieve astonishing results by the end of the challenge.
When you join our challenge, you’ll become a part of the #fitflyx community, which consists of motivated individuals just like you who are all about self-improvement. We’ll stand by you and inspire you to achieve the kinds of results that you didn’t think were possible. Age, gender, weight—none of that matters here, we’re all just trying to do our best every day!
The #fitflyx challenge is about a month long. There are four weeks of scheduled exercises, plus the weekend before and after to send in pictures of your transformation.
When you sign up, you will be required to take and upload “before” body pictures to take a snapshot of the beginning of your transformation. Don’t be shy, the pictures are completely anonymous – these are 100% confidential and you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to take them.

During the #fitflyx challenge you’ll partake in our daily workouts from Monday to Friday for four weeks. Generally, Saturdays are going to be lower intensity days and Sundays are days off. You will be doing the same routine as hundreds of other participants which creates tremendous opportunities to make new friends as you bond over the day’s workout.

To spice things up, we will have one elimination challenge at the end of week 3. If you succeed, the elimination day will demonstrate that you are physically and mentally ready to enter the final week.

Upon completion of the four weeks, you will take and upload “after” body pictures to display your amazing results and potentially win great prizes.

Here’s an example of one of our “easy” workouts! Wait until you try it – you’ll be huffing and puffing in no time!

Squats – 15 reps
Plank – 40 seconds
Jumping Jacks – 35 reps
Pushup – 10 reps
Mountain Climbers – 15 reps
Deadlifts – 12 reps
Rest – 60 seconds

That was just the first set! Now do this four more times!

Every day during the #fitflyx challenge offers a new workout for you to keep things interesting! The core exercises are often underestimated, but bodyweight exercises such as these are scientifically proven to be effective. These aren’t going to turn you into Arnold Schwarzenegger – think tough-as-nails marine.

Once you’ve signed up, workouts are logged in the “Workouts” section of #flyxHub – the participants-only dashboard for the challenge.

You can access #flyxHub on any computer through your internet browser or download our app for Android on Google Play.

We know it can be difficult to incorporate fitness into your daily life, especially when you’re first starting out. The world is a busy place and sometimes we either don’t have time or we forget. That’s ok, we understand! Each #fitflyx challenge has a three strike policy, which means you can miss logging your workouts twice within the allotted time window (24 hours). Miss it a third time, though, and we’ll eliminate you from the competition. You can keep participating and logging your workouts, but this means you lose your chance of winning our fantastic prizes! After all, you can’t achieve great results without making a commitment to our program!
Everyone’s body responds differently to an intense fitness program like the one we’ve developed for #fitflyx. We wish we could guarantee results, but unfortunately that’s not possible. So many different factors are at play: your diet, your metabolism, your body type, your lifestyle, and how much you sleep at night. Our fitness challenges are great, but it often takes more than just four weeks to transform your body. Try your hardest during the fitness challenge, though, and you’ll definitely notice an improvement in your fitness, health, energy, and overall well-being.
We’ll select and announce the winners based on the most impressive transformations during the challenge. Make sure you submit your body pictures in accordance with our rules before and after the challenge for your chance to win! If you win, you’ll receive one of our fantastic prizes!

Absolutely! In fact, many of our members have never seriously partaken in any fitness activities in the past. #fitflyx is about continuous improvement – it doesn’t matter where you start, it’s the journey that matters and you’ll be amazed at where you end up.
You must be 18 years or older in accordance with our terms and conditions, which you must accept to participate in the #fitflyx challenge.

Regular price is $19.99 USD to participate in the fitness challenge as a single participant. Encourage your friends, spouse, and family members to do it with you! The extra competition will be even more fun and motivating! Hurry up and Sign Up today!
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and many others.
We’ll only charge you to participate in a single season. Participating in future challenges will require you to register for each new season. All payments are non-refundable.
